Boozy Galentine’s Day Cupcakes

If I had a favorite cupcake at the moment… these would be them. My client wanted something cute and bold for her Galentine’s day gathering, and my mind went red velvet! I used a cheesecake filling and a Pink Whitney icing. Galentine’s day screams glam to me so I opted to go with a funky and colorful icing decoration. I added these cute little sweetheart stickers (from the dollar store, I was chocked too!!!) and little droppers filled with Pink Whitney alcohol. These cupcakes were a huge hit!
