Colorful Candy Cake

Kids birthdays always excite me because I get to use a lot of different colors! I originally purchased  a colorful bag of gum-balls and that was my inspiration. I tried to tie in the colors of the icing with the colors of the gum-balls and I was so happy with the results. I found these mini swirl lollipops from the dollar store (I get more and more amazed every time I step into one) and thought that they would be a nice touch. Since this was for a little girl I had to go with a pink custom cake topper!
